A task is the core object of work in the Service and is either a pickup or delivery, performed at a destination. For billing purposes, tasks are only counted when they reach the "Completed" status, via Onfleet's driver app, driver app SDK, dispatcher dashboard or API call.

Predictive ETA is an advanced feature that provides a dynamic estimated time of arrival and estimated time of completion times for every delivery assigned to a driver. Predictive ETA provides dispatchers a fairly accurate picture of a driver’s estimated time of arrival for a task and completion time for a whole route.

The top of the dashboard offers the option for “Map” and “Table” view, click on the option you prefer to change your view. The table view allows users to view tasks presented as rows in a flexible table format that features task sorting, task property visibility customization, and batch task actions.

To create a driver account, a phone number must be associated with the account. Onfleet Driver is available only for Apple iOS 12+ and Android 5.0+ (Lollipop) phones and tablets. Windows and Blackberry mobile devices are not supported.
