Junior Fullstack Engineer

We’re looking for an outstanding, hungry full-stack engineer to join our product team at Onfleet in San Francisco, with an initial focus on frontend and integration work.


  • 1-2 years of experience working on a team with exposure to production, mission-critical systems
  • Technical undergraduate (CS/EE preferred) degree or equivalent
  • Passion for browser-side technologies and implementations used in high-performance, real-time web applications


  • Angular or similar frontend engineering expertise
  • Interest in GIS/mapping systems
  • Experience building resilient integrations to connect disparate systems

Support Engineer

We are looking for a technically-inclined, customer-obsessed support engineer to join our San Francisco team as Onfleet's Support Engineering Manager. You will work closely with our customers to help them get the most out of our products and ensure their success!


  • 2+ years of experience in support engineering capacity at a B2B SaaS company
  • Attention to detail and relentless dedication
  • Technical undergraduate (CS/EE preferred) degree or equivalent
  • Strong command of at least one programming language, having used it actively at relevant role for technical/sales support/education purposes
  • Experience with mission-critical, on-call rotation systems
  • Proven ability to empathize and effectively communicate with technically-savvy, strategically important customers (ie. strong communication/analysis skills)
  • Expert command of Zendesk or similar tool, including mastery of integrations/customizations/automations
  • Willingness to go beyond technical support and facilitate missions of support and sales teams


  • Experience with establishing all aspects of a paid support program
  • Command of a second, major world language
  • Exposure to internal tool development
  • History of managing other support engineers and growing teams
  • Familiarity with logistics systems
