Projects are generally billed by the hour of development time required. Most solutions require just a few hours of dev time. In certain cases, these rates may be negotiable (or waived) if a custom solution is bundled with a new or extended Onfleet subscription. Please work with your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to discuss your options.

Projects are planned into two-week sprints. Most projects are completed within one or two sprints, depending on complexity and resource availability. Some projects may be completed much more quickly. You can expect to have a working solution within 2-4 weeks of signing a Service Order, if not sooner!

Our goal is to enhance your experience using Onfleet. Typically, this means integrating Onfleet with your other tools, automating aspects of your workflows, or in some cases, building simple apps that expand on Onfleet features. Fully-fledged, standalone applications or integration to legacy/non-standard technology are generally going to be considered out-of-scope.

Every Solutions project begins with a thorough discovery and scoping session to ensure that our team understands your business needs and to establish clear technical requirements for a solution. Once those requirements are documented and a Service Order is signed, dedicated Onfleet Solutions Engineers will design and develop your solution. We will test internally before turning-over a working solution to your team for User Acceptance Testing. All solutions come with a 30-day “hypercare” period during which support and troubleshooting will be expedited to resolve any bugs or missed requirements. Following this period, customers are entitled to a standard level of Onfleet support from our amazing Support team.
