What's new?

Rates & Services

The new Courier Suite includes customizable rate tables and automated invoicing. These allow you to define rates and modifiers based on distance, weight, or flat fees, ensuring transparent pricing for clients. Invoices are generated automatically based on your billing cycle.

Client Portal

A self-service branded portal for placing and managing orders. Couriers can use it to provide visibility to their clients, onboard them, and automate order intake via CSV upload, Zapier, or API integrations. Clients can also access Proof of Delivery (POD) and set up branded communications.

Integrated Invoicing

The integrated invoicing feature allows delivery service providers to streamline billing and payment with customized invoicing schedules, automatic invoice generation, and payment tracking. This streamlines payments for couriers and reduces weekly administrative work.

Driver Pay Calculation

The calculator streamlines payroll by automatically calculating driver pay based on completed deliveries, distance traveled, or time spent on tasks. This ensures fair compensation while simplifying administrative tasks to improve both accuracy and efficiency.

New Integrations

We’ve continued to connect with integration partners that specifically focus on the needs of couriers. Make sure you check out our integrations listing to find multiple certified integrations, including Zapier and many more tools that can help your business grow.

Address Book

With the address book feature you can now save, manage, and reuse frequently used addresses when creating orders, allowing you to streamline repetitive tasks. This also allows you to set a default pickup address, pre-selecting the most common pickup location for new orders.

Built for Couriers,
Backed by Results

Businesses already leveraging the Onfleet Courier Suite are seeing real impact.

Since signing up for Onfleet’s courier suite, we've streamlined our delivery scheduling and have been able to provide customers with real-time updates. The real-time traffic data has also significantly improved the accuracy of our delivery times and allows us to adjust tasks accordingly, which enhances our service efficiency.

Shanni, Fvst Express, Vancouver BC

We find Onfleet very responsive when you're out on the road as a driver. It’s so easy to plan your tasks for the day, follow your routes, and communicate with the dispatcher or the end customer. It’s also so easy to use. If we have a driver starting tomorrow, we can send them a text; they sign up to Onfleet within minutes, pick up their orders, and start.

Operations Manager, Zero Emission Courier using Onfleet

We essentially take merchant volume and distribute that to delivery partners in order to maximize efficiency and provide next-day and same-day delivery, Onfleet is a big part of us being able to do this. We‘re using it as an extension of our operation in order for us to delegate volume to different partners. So really, what Onfleet is, is our entire day-to-day ground operations.

Matthew Crawley, Director of Operations at Swyft

Our previous software was honestly like using Windows XP in 2025. It just doesn't work. We still end up having to do so much with pen and paper, and we literally have to hire more people just to keep things in order. Onfleet has taken a full-time job and turned it into 15 minutes of work a day.

President, Regional Courier using Onfleet

Our drivers find Onfleet‘s driver app to be most intuitive when compared to other apps.
Our team also monitor, navigate, assign, and route tasks right from the map. It makes multiple cities logistics management much easier for us.

Nancy Korayim, CEO at Metrospeedy
