Bulk update task completion times

You can now edit the complete before and after times for multiple tasks from Table View. This is great for moving morning deliveries to the afternoon or moving routes to different days of the week. Details can be found here.

A new dashboard experience for Connections

For the past few months we have been working on a whole new viewing and task creation experience for Connected organizations, specifically designed to allow delivery service providers to receive tasks from their clients. Sign up here if you are interested in enabling this feature.

Self-Assignment improvements for mobile users

Mobile users now receive notifications when new tasks are available for self-assignment. They also now only see this tasks in their "Unassigned" view, and not in their “Today” or “All” views. Learn more about self-assignment here.

Under the hood: Geocoding improvements

Our backend team has made a number of changes to how we geocode addresses submitted through the API, dashboard, and task imports. If you’ve had geocoding issues in the past you should see fewer issues going forward.

New driver app navigation options

Drivers can now navigate with Co-Pilot, Sygic and Sygic Truck when those apps are loaded on their devices.

Route Optimization service time limit removed

A service time greater than 60 minutes can now be set from the Route Optimization wizard.

Task export improvements

Destination Notes and Merchant Names can now be found in your task export files.
