New Analytics Dashboard to Unlock Faster, Smarter Insights

The new Analyze (Beta) view introduces a refreshed, easy-to-navigate reporting dashboard with faster load times and automatic updates every two hours, giving teams quick access to both today’s performance data and deeper historical insights. This new view lays the foundation for new reporting metrics and customization tools coming later this year.

Availability: Included in all subscriptions.

The Classic Analyze view will remain accessible in the left sidebar, until we’ve gathered enough customer feedback and added further functionality to make a full transition.

Enhanced Tracking Page Settings to Control Customer Visibility

New visibility settings give you greater control over what delivery recipients see on tracking pages, helping reduce false delay concerns and support calls:

  • Delivery ETA buffer: Show wider delivery windows to account for minor delays.
  • Limit visible stops: Control how many stops a recipient sees before their delivery. For example, display only when there are five or fewer ahead, so they do not worry about long queues causing delays.

Availability: Included in all subscriptions. For accounts with the Courier add-on, control over these settings is managed by the client.

Zone-Based Pricing to Better Optimize Your Rates

Easily configure rates that reflect the realities of your delivery operations, tailoring pricing based on distance and complexity of each zone to zone delivery combination, to optimize profitability.

How it works:

  • Define Service Areas based on your delivery zones
  • Create a rate table with prices for each zone-to-zone combination
  • Automatically apply those rates to your Service Areas

Pre-Configure Client Accounts for Smoother Onboarding

Now you can create and configure a client's account before inviting them to their portal. Setup their rates and services in advance and enable invoicing, ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience and reducing setup time.

Orders Page Now Available to Clients

The new Orders page, first introduced for couriers, is now available in the Client Portal too. Clients can use advanced filters to quickly find specific orders and take bulk actions like cloning, editing, or printing labels across multiple orders in just a few clicks. This makes managing high volumes of orders faster and more efficient for everyone.

Quickly Enter Multiple Orders At Once with CSV Uploads

It’s now easier than ever to handle high-volume order entry with bulk order imports via CSV. Clients can quickly upload large batches of orders, or couriers can do it on their behalf, saving hours of manual data entry and reducing the risk of errors.
