We’re excited to announce that Onfleet is now integrated with one of the world’s largest ecommerce platforms: Shopify! Our newest integration empowers Shopify store owners to sync the two systems, enabling them to route and deliver their orders in one platform. The integration also allows Shopify stores to manage their own local delivery fulfillment, and manage all their drivers and routes.
How the Onfleet-Shopify Integration Streamlines Your eCommerce Delivery Operations
Cut Manual Orders to Save Time
It can be both boring and time-consuming to organize all your Shopify orders in Onfleet manually. With our new integration, you’ll never have to do that again as every new order in Shopify will automatically be created in Onfleet.
Enable Customers to Choose Delivery Time Slots
Delight customers by allowing them to choose a delivery slot when they check out. This widget is an Onfleet feature that adapts to your Shopify website theme, giving customers a consistent check-out experience. It also reduces their frustration of having to wait for the delivery– they now have control over the whole process which reduces your support costs.

From Order to Delivery: Shopify Integration Features
Check out these 3 features you get with the Onfleet-Shopify integration.
1 - Local Delivery Feature: Synchronize Delivery Methods
Using Shopify's local delivery feature, businesses can set up delivery zones based on distance or specific zip codes. You can even offer flexible pricing rules for these zones. You can also tailor delivery options to local customers by defining delivery areas and adjusting charges according to distance or order value.
Outside of local delivery, you can configure any delivery method to automatically start an Onfleet task, which allows you to manage all of your deliveries in the same tool.
2 - Customer Communication: See Fulfillment Details
Shopify fulfillment details, including packaging and shipping, are synchronized with Onfleet tasks/orders. This setting can be changed based on the Shopify fulfillment status at different stages of the Onfleet task's lifecycle. With these updates, customers can see what stage their order is on their Shopify order confirmation page. Any order notes or changes in Shopify are also synchronized with Onfleet automatically.
3 - Next-Level Customization: Dynamic Tag Changes
Our new integration includes dynamic updates to Shopify tags and delivery status based on the task's progression in Onfleet. For your customers, these updates provide them with a smooth shopping experience. They can also get updates in real-time in their Shopify account.
On your side, you can follow your orders on both platforms. Onfleet updates the statuses on the original Shopify order, and this information feeds into your analytics. You’ll be able to view your key metrics via these tags as well.
