Flexible assignments for hub and spoke delivery:
A faster dashboard for high-volume days:
Stronger Proof and Verification at Every Stop:
Confirm drivers are in the right place with geofencing
Drivers can currently go on duty and mark deliveries complete from anywhere, which throws off payroll and weakens your proof of delivery. Geofencing checks a driver's location at both moments and either warns or blocks them when they're outside the zone you set.
What's new:
- Fewer missed and disputed deliveries: drivers must be at the delivery address to mark a delivery task complete
- Pay for time actually worked: drivers must be near their hub to go on duty, so shifts start on site
- Enforce it your way: set the radius and choose Warn, Block or Off in Settings > Driver App Settings
- A verifiable record: every warn and block attempt is logged in task history, CSV exports, and the API
Availability: Included in Scale and Enterprise subscriptions.

Prove every delivery reached the right person with a PIN
When a high-value order goes missing or a recipient says it never arrived, a photo alone doesn't prove who received it. Recipient PIN verification sends the recipient a one-time 4-digit code, and the driver can't complete the dropoff until they enter it.
What's new:
- Verify without personal data: a one-time code confirms the handoff, without ID checks or signatures
- Easy for recipients: the PIN arrives by text and on their tracking page
- Reliable anywhere: drivers can verify PINs offline, even in dead zones
- Flexible setup: turn it on per task from the dashboard, CSV, or API, or per client for couriers
Availability: Included in Enterprise subscriptions.

Document every failed stop with a photo
When a delivery fails, a driver's note is often the only record of why, which leaves your team guessing on redelivery and exposed in disputes. Admins can now require a photo when a driver marks a task as failed, the same way they already can for successful completions.
What's new:
- Settle disputes with evidence: photos show exactly why a stop failed, from a locked gate to a blocked street
- Make faster redelivery and billing calls: see the real blocker without chasing down the driver
- Set the rules that fit: choose Enable (optional), Required or Disabled in Settings > Driver App
- One complete audit trail: works on pickups and dropoffs, with photos in task history and CSV exports
Availability: Included in all subscriptions, on iOS 1.49 and Android 2.6.8 driver mobile app versions.
Flexible Assignments for Hub & Spoke Delivery:
Split linked pickups and dropoffs across drivers
If you run a hub and spoke operation, linked pickup and dropoff tasks forced one driver to handle both legs, even when a different driver does the final delivery. Dispatchers can now assign each task in a linked pair to a different driver or route.
What's new:
- Built for hub and spoke: run collection and delivery as separate legs.
- Optimize each leg on its own: route just your pickups or just your dropoffs.
- No change to your current workflow: linked tasks still move together by default.
- Easy to undo: put the tasks back together anytime.
Availability: Included in Launch, Scale, and Enterprise subscriptions.
A Faster Dashboard for High-Volume Days:
Find and act on tasks faster in the new Table View
If the Table View slowed down on busy days, this update is for you. The rebuilt Table View loads faster with task data appearing as you scroll and runs search, sorting, and filtering behind the scenes, so it stays fast no matter how many tasks you manage.
What's new:
- Faster loading time: tasks appear as you scroll, so you can start working right away.
- Search every field: find tasks by driver name, route name, custom fields, and more.
- Quicker bulk actions: select your tasks and choose what to do from the Actions dropdown.
- Nothing to set up: sorting, column customization, and bulk actions all carry over.
Availability: Included in all subscriptions (Launch, Scale, and Enterprise).
