Verify Every Package is Loaded Before Routes Depart
Route Load & Scan ensures every package is verified before a route begins, so nothing gets missed at the hub and you have a clear chain of custody record from the first scan to the final drop.
What's new:
- A Route Load task is automatically created for any route starting at a hub with two or more drop-off tasks
- Before starting a route, drivers must complete the Route Load Task, confirming every package is on the vehicle, either through a manual checklist or barcode scanning, so missing packages are caught before they start their route.
Availability:
- Launch plans can use Route Load with a manual checklist
- Scale and Enterprise plans can use Route Load and Scan, with barcode scanning enabled

Customize Analyze Dashboards with the Metrics that Matter
Every team tracks success differently. Now, they can build custom dashboard views per user, choosing from a growing library of charts so the metrics that matter most to your operation are always front and center.
What's new:
- Add charts from a searchable library, drag and drop to arrange your layout, and save up to 2 custom dashboard views
- Five new metrics now available: Average feedback rating, Average task distance, Average task duration, Average feedback rating (trend), and Average time by driver status
Availability: Included in Scale and Enterprise subscriptions.
Track How Every Route Performs Against The Plan
Knowing a task is delayed is useful. Knowing it arrived 40 minutes late against a plan is actionable. Command Center now shows Planned vs. Actual columns for both arrival and completion times on every task, so dispatchers can see exactly how each delivery performed against the original plan.
What's new:
- New Planned/Actual Arrival and Planned/Actual Completion columns show planned times locked in at the start of the route, plus actual times once tasks complete
Availability: Included in Scale and Enterprise subscriptions, with Route Plans enabled.

Courier Suite
Standardize Accessorial Charges for Faster Billing
If your team has been manually adding fuel surcharges, wait time fees, or taxes as one-off line items on every order, accessorial charges let you set those up once and apply them automatically. Standardizing these fees reduces billing errors and gives clients a clearer, more consistent invoice every time.
What's new:
- Create reusable Accessorial charges in Rates & Fees and attach them to a rate table for automatic application
- Charges are adjustable per order if needed, giving you flexibility without sacrificing consistency
Availability: Included in all subscriptions with the Courier Suite add-on.
Generate and Share Professional Invoice PDFs
Couriers and clients can now generate and download a polished PDF invoice directly from Onfleet, making it easy to share professional invoices in the format clients expect.
What's new:
- A new "Print PDF" button on any invoice opens a print-ready page
- Save as PDF directly from the browser, or print a physical copy
Availability: Included in all subscriptions with the Courier Suite add-on.
Simplify Client Order Entry With New Pre-Built Integrations
Courier clients can now connect their Client Portal directly to Onfleet’s pre-built integrations like Zapiet, Dutchie and 2Ship, so orders flow in automatically, ready to dispatch, without any manual order entry.
What's new:
- Couriers can enable integrations and API connections directly in client settings
- Orders created via Onfleet's pre-built integrations will automatically apply the courier's configured rates and services
Availability: Included in all subscriptions with the Courier Suite add-on.
As always, if you have questions or want help getting the most out of any of these updates, our team is ready at success@onfleet.com.
