Michelle offers reflections on her approach

"I love helping everyone. This role allows me to share the love by helping others to spread their wings and to allow their superpowers to come out." Michelle boasts a varied professional background that includes experience as a wedding planner. The skills formed in the delicate practice of managing the Big Day has honed her sixth sense in balancing organization, process, fun, and the engagement of a wide variety of perspectives. Even in our remote pandemic isolation, she has found ways to connect our teams through digital events and workshops, like our recent Scavenger Hunt.

A recent team Scavenger Hunt featuring at-home items and riddles to solve such as "I have a face but cannot see and hands but cannot wave...what am I?"

Scaling for the future


Michelle reflects, "when you think of scaling yourself, along with scaling a company, it's not just typical. You scale with that company. Learning things to help me scale for Onfleet, and beyond, is what I'm focused on now."
